End of Life Support

Products reach the end of their product life cycle for a number of reasons. Market demands may have changed, new technology may drive product changes, or the products may simply have matured over time and have been replaced by functionally richer technology. Any of these circumstances may cause a particular product to be discontinued and thereby reach the End-of-Life (EOL) stage in its life cycle.  GTS recognizes that just because a product is retired from production doesn’t mean that product goes out of use. We want to ensure that you can find all the support you need for every product in your business, including those that have reached their end-of-life status.
